- End of Year report has been certified by FO and President of BOFC and has been submitted to Division
- Off hour holiday overtime resulted in 60 summons issued, numerous fire code violations found and several fire calls answered. If all summons were to be paid in full, $2520.00 would be incoming.
- 2020 – major progression on redevelopment projects and new construction/ School referendum/GD property
- 2020 vacation time has been submitted and will be reviewed and will be placed in Bureau acknowledging protocols with no more than 2 off, unless approved
- 5-3-8 conducted Fire Prevention Detail for seniors at Maple Tree Manor
- Distributed smoke & carbon monoxide detectors to 2 residents
- 5-3-9 needs tires, has been an issue in the past
- 5-3-9 running boards, was discussed before the meeting
