• Oil slick on 5-2-5 being repaired 
• Received a few prices for gear rental and they were all around the same
• Still having issues with MSA getting the gear
• Protocol for accidents, such as being given a breathalyzer. Will be putting a Policy in place.

• Spoke to Gurney Electric about installing motion sensors in bathrooms
• Renewed Generator contract with Cooper Power Systems 
• Shed is complete. Brian Webber submitted invoice in the amount of $6000.00 when it should have been $3000.00. Will reissue a new invoice for the correct amount 
• HVAC maintenance at the Squad building done by L.S. Mechanical 
• Scott from fence company said fencing is backed up due to Covid

AYMAN ELBAYAR, FIRE CHIEF 2020 

 

• Calls for the month of September 
• Live burn at Fire Academy went well with career and volunteer firefighters
• Next Drill will be on November 4, 2020. Would like to change from extrication to elevator drill.
• Boelhauer and Czoch trained on 5-2-5 proceeding on to 5-2
• Need a radio for Boelhauer
• ICS 200 for Greg Czoch starting January 19, 2021 
• Christmas light motorcade on Nov. 28^thstarting at 6:15 p.m. 
• Officers meeting on November 17, 2020

 

MATT MIZAK, 

• Will be working on a flyer for the Light Parade 
• Training pages getting a lot of interest 

 

DAVID EIDSON, BUSINESS ADMINISTATOR

• Thomas Barry will be starting FFII on Nov. 2^nd
• Fire Co. Chief and Chris Neroda wanted the Bi-laws put up on DMS 
• D. Machine is here and running. Waiting for Maintenance Agreement
• Pension System – Career guys have still not been entered into the system 
• Local 290 has approached us about a contract 
• Jaspreet has gotten quotes for Job shirts and quilted jackets for career and volunteer fire dept.
• Received prices for new gear racks will be around $16,000.00
• Daily reports will be implemented in the future 
• Discussed how stipend is figured out with the percentages 
• Entered the 3 new volunteers into LOSAP
