- Purchased five new radios, from Wireless Communication

- Having some issues with the compressor. Waiting for a proposal from Air & Gas Technologies.
- 5-2-5 was just repaired. Had a repeat incident. We need to use spotters for pulling in.
- Issues with Air Packs. Having a retro fit done. 5-3 out of service for not having air packs
- Fire Official’s vehicle is back from being repaired, and the decals have been completed.
- Fire Inspector’s vehicle is still at Bell Ford. He is driving the van for now. Chief’s car will be going to the Dealer for a recall.

- Inspections for the Firehouse and First Aid Squad have been done.
- The leak in the roof has been repaired
- The vent in the Squad building is being looked at
- Power surge at the Firehouse, generator never kicked on. Gurney Electric said we need a new breaker, which costs about $3000.00.
4. Communications / Correspondence.

- Received $1794.00 Fire Zone Reimbursement – July/August 2020
- Incoming Chief and Officers will be refreshed on Fire Official notification guidelines.
- End of year report for Division is being worked on and will send to the State in beginning of January.
- All 2020 Life Hazard and Non – Life Hazard Use inspections have been completed.
- Morris Properties (WDC) Update – Only hospital, 2 cottages remain and are in process of demolition.

- 5thhad a drill at a house donated by the Costello family.

- Thank you to the Board for the jackets and face masks

- Commissioners thanked the Chief for a commendable year
- Will be asking Firefighters who is interested in getting the Covid vaccine
DAVID EIDSON, BUSINESS ADMINISTATOR
- Candidates – preliminary meetings went well. They have until Dec. 31, 2020 to return completed packets
- Still having issues with the cameras. They are computer issues, might need new monitors and video cards.
- Consolidating Ladies Aux. and Exempts room.
- Vacation and Sick time – looking into the Edmunds program to keep track of time off and finances.
- Career Firefighters pension – making progress
- Badges – Would like to make them a little more generic
- Career firefighters would like to keep their Volunteer Patch
