- Van had to be towed from District 1
- Frank called about the pump panel on 5-4 ( will most likely need to be replaced)
- Have pieces to fix the bracket on the ladder

- Washing machine has been fixed
- Roof is going out to bid on April 15th and will be due back on April 20th. Will take 60 days from start to finish from acceptance of the bid.
- Parking lot – spoke to company about having paved.
4. Communications / Correspondence.
CORY SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL
- 5-3-8 Neroda attended and passed 3 hour tested training – Fire Flow Analysis
- Amazon – 301 Blair Rd. shut down 4/5/2021 from 0700 – 2300 hours for preventative work on electrical machines. No power or generator. Will approve lack of protection systems and will be required to conduct fire watch with members of Fire Prevention Bureau and Fire Department.
- Entire Mobile Home complex is now designated a Fire Lane, throughout all inner and outer roadways. New solid striping and language on ground makes it clear, where to and not to park. Receiving numerous complaints about vehicles parking in the middle of road before fire zone designation. Should make apparatus maneuvering easier.
- Responded to Ford District # 7 for mutual aid, at WPD request. Issued Imminent Hazard to Fire 7 Ice – 85 Lafayette Rd.; Dangerous toxic fumes inside structure. Occupancy issues.
- Hydrants/Map Books – Chris will look to do an update in the next few weeks.
- Pre – Planning – Progress
- Solar Panels – Permits still coming in, numerous inspections conducted.
- Juvenile Fire Setter Program – None
AYMAN ELBAYAR, FIRE CHIEF 2021
- Calls for the month
- Chief and Dan Mizak took a class on extrication when wheelchairs are involved
- FIT tests have been completed. Wisol’s leave of absence is up.
- Easter Bunny parade will be Saturday, March 27, 2021 (8 guys have signed up)
DAVID EIDSON, BUSINESS ADMINISTATOR
- Edmunds Program – received proposal $10,000.00 start up cost. Operating cost about $4200.00 annually. Will budget for this in next years budget
- Shipped 2 tablets to Pete Tom to be updated. One was completed and sent back.
