• Bruce Linger is our new contact at Lincoln Financial
• Approve the 2022 meeting schedule
• Historical Assoc. purchased plaques for the Fire house
• Ladies Aux. has been disbanded. Would like to thank them for their many years of service.
• Commissioners will be bringing in breakfast on Christmas morning.

KEITH ADDIE SECRETARY

• Ordered charging units
• Budgeted for 8 more radios in 2022
• New radios will be installed in all apparatus
• CAD screen for Radio Room 9 (take from the Radio budget)

 

BRUCE MIZAK, 2^ND VICE PRESIDENT

• 5-2-5 waiting on one more part to come in to repair the leaking valve
• 5-2-5 having some issues with left air bag
• 5-3 will be back in service
• Firefighter Devine’s gear has come in  
• Dryer has been ordered there is a 6-8week delivery
• TIC for Chief’s car was ordered
• Search rope
• 5-4 mechanical issue has been corrected
• Combo nozzle on truck out of service

GREGORY CZOCH, TREASURER

• Buildings and Grounds.

  • Lawn Maintenance.

• Radio Room Upgrades.

• No update.

Other.  –

• Inspections being completed at the firehouse & 105 Avenel St.
• Dunigan has fixed the urinals in the men’s upstairs and downstairs restrooms
•  Received a price on replacing the rubber in the stairwells ($26,000 will not be going forward with this)
• Ice machines are both working
• Roof update – railing needs to be completed. Siren is not working.

 

      4.   Communications / Correspondence.

 

SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL

• One imminent hazard order issued; Dollar Tree – 1392 St. Georges Ave. Failure to maintain a working fire alarm system. They had 8 days to repair before closure
• Incoming Chief and Officers will be refreshed on Fire Official notification guidelines.
• End of year report for Division is being worked on and will send to state in beginning of January.
• All 2021 Life Hazard and Non – Life Hazard Use inspections are completed
• Will continue to do mostly virtual classes in the spring semester as informed by the Division
