JOHN M. MITCH, 1ST VICE PRESIDENT

2. Insurance (Comprehensive, Health, Life, etc.).
• Received the check for the F.O. vehicle

• Renewed annual contract with Jensen Landscaping
• Day room – received a concern from someone that they didn’t feel it was set up appropriately. Will let the guys set up the room the way they want.
KEITH ADDIE SECRETARY
• Took radio and light bar out of the Fire Official’s vehicle
• Waiting on mobile charging units for the apparatus
• Ordered 8 more radios to be installed in apparatus, should be completed by July 2022.
• Would like to have all new radios by next year.
BRUCE MIZAK, 2ND VICE PRESIDENT (excused)
• Received Firefighter Mizak and Finley’s gear back after having it repaired
• Had a phone conference with FireDex regarding the jacket
• Approached about Safety Glasses. There are 2 options that will work.
• Absolute repaired the noise coming from 5-4
• Received check for the totaled Fire Official’s vehicle
• Still waiting on the new dryer to come in
• Have received an inquiry for 5-3
GREGORY CZOCH, TREASURER
• Buildings and Grounds.
• Fire Alarm System.
• Sprinkler System.
• Keyless entry system.

• Security Camera system.

• Lawn Maintenance.
• Lawn sprinklers will be turned on in the next few weeks
• Snow Removal.

• Radio Room Upgrades.

Other. –
• All inspections have been completed at the First Aid Squad
• Gurney Electric put in the last reel in 5-4
• NJ Door Works came out to fix a few issues we had with the door
• C. Pennell will have a lot of work at the Firehouse in the next few months
4. Communications / Correspondence.
SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL
• Received $28,702.39 2021 2nd quarter LEA rebate from the state. That averages $114,000.00 for the year. The anticipated was $ 100,000.00.
• Received $2500.00 penalty from Dollar Tree 1932 St. Georges Ave. Failure to abate violations.
• Donated 12 smoke detectors to senior residents of the Fire District at the Avenel Golden Circle Senior Club.

• Solar panels – permits still coming in, numerous inspections conducted
