· First step in thermal imaging grant has been approved.
· Light Parade – will use the pickup to pull sleigh with Santa.
· Landscaping ideas – new shrubs
· Marquis issues
· Poison Ivy around the Firehouse has been removed.
KEITH ADDIE SECRETARY
· Received the remainder of the radios. All have been programmed.
· Ordered 10 spare batteries. Not sure when they will be coming in.
· Looking into some pager options.
BRUCE MIZAK, 1st VICE PRESIDENT
· 5-2-5 repair list has been completed. The generator was not working.
· The trailer needed a tire when it was out in Wildwood.
· Took the boat to Wildwood to be repaired.
· Docking stations are having some problems.
· TNT did maintenance on tools.
· Clarify the usage of the pickup and who is to be using it.
GREGORY CZOCH, TREASURER

Airtec was out to repair a thermostat.
A leak in the shower in the upstairs women’s bathroom has been repaired.
Plans for sleeping quarters have been started by the architect.
4. Communications / Correspondence.
SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL
· Received $5,232 in September permit fees.
· Received $52.98 overtime reimbursement for off hour inspection.
· Open House is scheduled for Saturday 10/15 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
· 5-3-9 license status.
· Several fire prevention details are scheduled at businesses and events.
· Map book updates.

· August fire calls
· Flammable liquids drill is scheduled.
· Somerset live burn has been scheduled 11/04.
· Driver training to begin for FF Rosato and FF Finley
· Trunk or Treat events scheduled for 10/24 @ Port Reading Fire and 10/26 @ Woodbridge Center Mall.
