• Meeting in September with District #1 to discuss how things are going with the Shared Services
• If new vehicles need to be purchased there will need to be a special election. Asked Board attorney Eric Lang to check into the laws about this.

• Issue with laptop charging in the Chief’s car
• Pagers were re-programmed

• Change out entire kitchen floor, will need to adopt a resolution for a change order for the floor
• Electronic sign is not working, in the process of getting it repaired

ASST CHIEF DANNY MIZAK –

• Morale is very poor, guys have a poor attitude
• Continued man power issues, would like to ask if the work crew could start at 6AM with District 1 guys starting at 7am.
• Singh mentioned he would like to start at 6AM.
• Getting more difficult to get volunteers, spoke about getting career guys.
• Tablet issue on 5-2-5 , did a restart and it seems to be working fine
• Asked if a member has to retire at 65 can they be interior certified.
