- Osha inspection has been completed. Mostly administrative
- Resolution to appoint new attorney. James P. Nolan , Eric Lange will be our direct attorney.
JOHN M. MITCH, 1STVICE PRESIDENT
- Hydrants.
- Middlesex Water charges have increased for the hydrants, new amount is $33,624.19 to be paid monthly. Annual amount is $403,490.28
- Insurance (Comprehensive, Health, Life, Dapper Bus Co., etc.).
- Work Crew.
- All seems to be going well
- Website.
- Updated regularly
- Medical.
- Currently have a firefighter on with some medical issues. We have been covering any out of pocket expenses that the firefighter has incurred since October 2017. We will continue to do so for a period of 12 months.

- Fire Co. purchased T-Shirts. Would like to reimburse them
- Damage to 5-2-5 was discussed and Chris Branna has been contacted
- Audit is in the final stages, old outstanding checks, and some line item were over budget
KEITH ADDIE (SECRETARY)
- Antennas have been installed, seem to be working fine.
- Chief will collect the remainder of the pagers to be re-programmed
- Pagers have been re-programmed at no additional cost
- Chief’s car radio was cutting out. Software was updated and is running fine now
- BRUCE MIZAK, 2NDVICE PRESIDENT
- Has old key from Northfield Bank, will check with Angie at the bank, and give key to Comm. Czoch
- PM’s were being completed
- 5-2-5 is going out for an estimate on the damage
- Frank had logo on the Chief’s car done. Was very inexpensive
- Would like to schedule driver training for the Woodbridge guys.

- Posted 1 Imminent Hazard – Oak Logistics 1 C Terminal Way. Fire Alarm trouble, 2 blocked exits, 1 locked exit
- Fire Prevention Demonstration with Smokehouse at Avenel Day
- Field Day at 4&5 on June 1 will be having a truck slide. Huge success last year. Slide/Bounce House reimbursed by Avenel Pharmacy

- Nashville registration is open. Going forward in booking flights for Firehouse Expo

- Changing over gear. Met with representative from Globe. Interior shell would change. Went over all specs
- Would like to see if the Woodbridge guys could possibly start at 6AM, still having issues with the early morning calls
