- Received a complaint about our property on Borman Ave. with trees being cut down. Had Jensen go over and do the clean up
- Election will be February 16, 2019
- Ballots and Mail in ballots are completed
- Would like to thank our Board Clerk, Melissa for all the work that went in to the printing of the ballots in three languages
- Providing the Budget is adopted we will need to take steps in the purchasing of the First Aid squad
- Made some changes to the Direct TV account. Board will take over payments for this

- Changing over to new Minitor IV pagers
- Old pagers being decommissioned
- Memo had gone out regarding batteries
BRUCE MIZAK, 2NDVICE PRESIDENT
- Minor issues with Engine’s
- Danny keeping a log on all the engines
- 5-2-5 has a leak in system. Will be reaching out to E1
- Training schedule is up and running
- Frank’s car battery will die on and off
- New gear will start coming in
- Slats going in to the gear room were replaced

- Firehouse Sq door wasn’t locking had NJ Door Works come out to fix it
- Roof over the door is soft. Chuck Pennell will fix this
- Dryer downstairs is broken. Looked in to getting a new one which is about $4700.00. The barrel was repaired

- End of the year report has been certified by FO and President of BOFC and has been submitted to Division
- Off hour holiday overtime resulted in 42 summons issued, numerous fire code violations found and several fire calls answered
- 2019 major progression on redevelopment projects and new construction
- 2019 vacation time has been submitted and will be reviewed and will be placed in Bureau acknowledging protocols with no more than 2 off, unless approved.
