CORY SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL
- Received $10,000.00 penalty from Dollar Tree – 13992 St. Georges Ave. 4 blocked exits; imminent fire hazard
- Received $3750.00 penalty, reduced from $7,500.00 from vacant HSBC 915 St. Georges Ave. Failure to maintain sprinkler and fire alarms systems; failure to gain access.
- Received $500.00 penalty from TCI Tires 2C Terminal Way. Numerous fire alarm activations.
- Had a reporter from NJ.com interview Fire Prevention and filmed a recording for television on how to properly use fireworks not that they are legal in stores. Would like to thank the Board for their permission and cooperation and5-3-6 with working with the film crew.

PUBLIC
- At 6:00 pm. Comm. Mitch made a motion to open the public portion of the second by Comm. Czoch Resolution authorizing the hiring of 8 firefighters was read.
- Public – Ayman Elbayar asked if this resolution passed what is the process? Comm. Manente indicated that if the Resolution passes The State will be forwarded the resolution for their review and approval. If approved they will certify a list of eligible candidates. Once that would happen the Board will look into the next steps.
- With no other comments from public Comm. Mitch made a motion to close the public hearing. Second by Comm. Czoch.
